Terms of service
Please read these terms before using our services. By sending us your documents or making a payment, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Indian Nursing Service Authority ("we", "us") is a private documentation-assistance service based in Delhi. We are not the Delhi Nursing Council, the Indian Nursing Council, any State Nursing Council or any government body, and we are not affiliated with or authorised by them. We cannot issue, approve or guarantee any registration, licence, NOC, NUID or certificate.
2. What we do
We help nurses understand requirements, check documents, fill and submit online applications, find accredited CNE programmes, and follow up with councils. Every decision on an application is taken by the relevant council.
3. No fabrication or manipulation of documents
We do not fabricate, forge, alter, edit or manipulate any certificate, marksheet, identity document, CNE certificate, employment proof or any other document, and we do not guide, advise or help anyone to do so. We work only with genuine documents issued by the proper authority. If we find or suspect that a document is not genuine, we will stop work on that case immediately and no refund is given.
4. CNE credit hours
CNE credit hours are valid only when the nurse personally attends an accredited programme. We do not sell, arrange or supply CNE certificates without attendance.
5. Personal appearance
Some steps require the nurse to appear in person before a council or its authorised centre, for example biometric verification, submission of original documents or an interview. We cannot appear, sign or give biometrics on anyone's behalf. We will tell you in advance when your presence is needed.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the truth and completeness of the information and documents you give us, and for attending any step that requires you personally. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect information or missing documents are not our responsibility.
7. Fees
Our service charge is confirmed to you in writing before you pay, and is payable in full in advance before we start work. Refunds are given only as described in our refund policy. Council fees, government charges, courier and CNE programme fees are separate unless we clearly say otherwise.
8. Timelines and outcome
Any timeline we share is an estimate based on current council practice. Councils may change rules, fees or timelines at any time. We do not guarantee approval or a specific processing time.
9. Privacy
We use your documents and personal details only to process your request and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
