How many CNE hours do I need to renew my DNC registration?
The Delhi Nursing Council asks for 30 credit hours per year, which is 150 hours over the 5-year renewal period. The hours must come from council-accredited CNE programmes.
Can you just give me a CNE certificate?
No. A CNE certificate is only valid if you actually attend the programme, and the council can cancel credits that were not earned. We help you find accredited programmes that fit your shift timings, track your hours, and file the renewal once you have them.
I am registered in another state and now work in Delhi. What do I need?
As per INC, you apply online to your current state council for an NOC. That council sends the NOC online to the Delhi Nursing Council, where you are registered after biometric verification in person. We prepare the application and documents and follow up at each step.
How long does an NOC from the Delhi Nursing Council take?
DNC states 15 to 30 days for the NOC after the online application and original certificate reach them. Other state councils have their own timelines. We tell you the realistic timeline for your case before you start.
Who can renew with the Delhi Nursing Council?
As per DNC, renewal is only done for nurses who are employed in Delhi, and proof of Delhi employment for the past year is needed.
Do I have to visit your office?
No. Most of the work happens online: you share documents, we check them and tell you what is missing. If the council needs original documents, we tell you exactly what to send and where.
Do you make or edit documents?
No. We never fabricate, alter or manipulate any certificate or document, and we do not advise anyone to do so. We only work with your genuine documents. If something is missing, we tell you how to get it from the right authority.
Can you go to the council on my behalf?
Where the council requires you to appear in person, for example for biometric verification or to submit originals, you have to go yourself. We cannot appear for you. We prepare everything in advance and tell you exactly what to carry.
Can I get a refund?
Only if we are unable to complete the service because of a reason on our side. Then we refund up to 80% of the fee, depending on the work already done. There is no refund if you cancel after paying, do not respond for 90 days, do not attend a step that needs you in person, or the council rejects for a reason not caused by us.
