What is NUID?
As per INC, NUID is a Nurse Unique Identity Number that is verifiable and identifiable across the country, generated through the NRTS portal.
Is NUID a licence?
No. As per INC, NRTS enrolment is neither a licence nor a registration given by INC. Your licence to practise still comes from your State Nursing Council. NUID links your records across the country.
I am registered in any state. Can you help?
Yes. As per INC, all State Nursing Registration Councils maintain registrations on NRTS. We help nurses registered in any state with the application and documents.
How long does it take?
It depends on verification by your state council. We check that your details match your council records before submitting, to avoid avoidable delays.
Do I need to go anywhere in person?
As per INC, reciprocal registration includes biometric verification, which needs you in person. We cannot attend for you, but we tell you exactly what to carry.
How much does it cost?
150 CNE hours guidance: Rs 10,000. Complete DNC renewal (form filling + 150 CNE hours): Rs 16,000. Registration transfer / NOC: Rs 10,000. INC registration / NUID: Rs 5,000. Government and council fees, and any CNE programme fees, are separate and paid directly. We confirm everything in writing, and the service charge is paid in full in advance before we start.
