How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
1. Who we are
Indian Nursing Service Authority ("we") is a private documentation-assistance service based in Delhi, India. We are not a council or government body. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use this website, our chat or our services.
2. What we collect
Details you give us: name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email, State Nursing Council and registration details, and the documents needed for your service (for example certificates, marksheets, employment proof, Aadhaar, photo and signature). We also keep chat and form messages you send us, quotation, invoice and payment records, and basic website usage data such as pages visited.
3. Why we use it
Only to answer your questions, prepare and file your application with you, contact you about your case, issue quotations and invoices, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your documents for any other purpose.
4. Who we share it with
Your details are submitted only to the council or portal needed for your service, and only as part of your application. Our website, forms and records are hosted on Odoo. The website chat assistant uses an AI service provided through Odoo to generate replies, so messages you type in the chat are processed by that service. Please do not type Aadhaar numbers, bank details, OTPs or passwords in the chat.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your documents only until your service is completed, and delete them as soon as the work is done. We keep only the records the law requires, such as invoices and payment records.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Deleting your data may mean we cannot continue your service.
7. Security
We store your data in a password-protected system and share it only with people who need it to work on your case. No system is completely secure, so we collect only what your service needs.
